A small clinic, billed in one place

A small clinic or nursing home bills consultations, beds, medicines and sometimes food, and usually on four different pads. ClubManager puts them on one bill per visit.

What it covers

What it is not, stated plainly

This is not a hospital management system. There is no electronic medical record, no lab or diagnostics module, and no insurance or TPA handling. It bills and it tracks stock and beds. A clinic that needs clinical records needs a different product, and finding that out now is cheaper than finding it out after migrating.

A visit, billed once

A consultation is a service line, a bed behaves the way a room does, medicines bill with their batch and expiry, and the canteen posts to the same bill. What the patient settles at the end is one document rather than four, and what you read back at the end of the day is one set of numbers.

Pharmacy stock that does not quietly expire

The in-house pharmacy issues stock first-expiry-first-out and flags what is approaching its date while it can still be used or returned. For a clinic holding a small amount of a lot of different medicines, that alert is most of the value.
